Hi, thank you for your feedback on our Air Wick Scented Oil Vanilla & Pink Papaya. The device offers 5 interval settings, so you can customize the intensity of fragrance released as you wish. You may want to raise the setting of the device so more of the fragrance is released into the air. We also understand everyone perceives fragrances different, so we invite you to try a different scent available on Sam's Club such as Air Wick Scented Oil in Lavender & Chamomile. We hope this information helps! Sincerely, Your Air Wick Team https://www.samsclub.com/p/air-wick-scented-oil-9ct-refills-air-freshner/prod22884733

Thank you for reaching out! We're sorry to hear that you couldn't enhance your home with Vanilla and Pink Papaya fragrance. This fragrance resembles the freshness of a summer evening breeze with notes of papaya blended with the soft, delicious scent of vanilla. It may be helpful to know that our warmer adjusts with 5X fragrance settings. We suggest you increase the interval settings of your device to allow more fragrance to emit. We hope this helps. Sincerely, Your Air Wick Team!
