not new as described! I know for a fact because someone's account information was still on this. This was a gift to someone and now I'm embarrassed because I have gave them a used item!!! I would appreciate a partial refund since this item isn't new!!!

I bought this for my son and he loves it. The screen is bigger and brighter than his lite. The dock is awesome to be able to take to his grandparents house when staying there for the day. This is a little pricey but it’s a great product. I am happy with this purchase

I got the original switch’s when they first came out and loved them, but since my first switch has gotten so old it had gained a few software and cosmetic problems, it also couldn’t charge correctly so when “The legends of Zelda: Tears of the kingdom” came out I had a frustrating time playing it with the issues my old switch had, so I decided to get the Oled because I needed a new switch and the Oled was something I wanted for a while so I got one. The console works great and I was worried because of some of the reviews I had gotten a used one but the one I received seemed completely new box and everything was in good condition so I have nothing to complain about the transfer of everything went smoothly and now I can play all the games I loved on my old switch on a larger mobile screen with better graphics and I can actually dock the Oled because since my old could not charge correctly I also couldn’t dock it. But I’m 100% satisfied with the purchase and happy with the company I got it from, however you may want to purchase an Oled from somewhere else if you paranoid you could get a used one, though the one I received appeared completely new with no data or markings that could indicate incorrect handling by the company or any sign it was used by anyone. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Oled to someone looking to get a new switch or have never owned one before it is a complete upgrade when compared to the initial switch.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my 6 year old, we’ve been playing old Nintendo 64 games on it for a week! The whole family loves it, great quality, easy to use and the fact that he can play on the TV or use it like a gameboy is great as he can bring it everywhere.

My walmart shipment was super delayed but at least it made it here! Never had an issue with the switch's graphics, the cpu and gpu are the same but the screen is larger and more vibrant plus we got a real kickstand. A nice upgrade from the launch model.

my daughter loved the Nintendo Switch OLED. it was exactly as advertised. i was worried it wasnt going to be tge actual product. This Walmart supplier is actually legit and will use again. Might even by the product for myself. oh yes received product 2 days after purchase. would recommend

Worth it for the exclusives, but not so much for the social aspect. If you're looking for a system that has a lot of social features, you may want to look elsewhere. But if your plan is to go beast mode on single player games and play through some amazing stories and go on fun and fantastical journeys, then you've come to the right place. The OLED screen is pretty great, but I wouldn't say that the Switch alone is worth the $300-$400 price tag, instead I could justify $250, but not much more. The battery dies pretty quick, I play it for roughly two hours before it's reminding me to plug in and charge, which doesn't really make it travel-friendly. It's better as its own entertainment system, hooked up to a TV on its base.

The lower price was what I considered and opted to get the newer version of this item instead of the older model. I may have spent a little more on the newer model but I justified the purchase because it was not as expensive as other websites.

Bought this for a gift to my grandson. For my surprise I received the Japanese version which is $60 dollars cheaper than the one I bought. Also, this version only have 90 days warranty instead of the regular 1 year. Contact vendor and only offer me $20 for refund.

Was delayed and didn’t come in until two weeks later. Really disappointed on how Walmart handled this preorder. I will preorder my stuff elsewhere going forward. Otherwise, the OLED model works great and had no problems setting it up. Best to follow Nintendo’s directions for transferring game data over if you don’t want to restart your games from the beginning.
