This is fantastic for people that aren't fond of aged cheeses & prefer a milder flavor...also if you've got a bunch of kids to feed & you're on a budget.Great quality & very affordable too.

Used this on some fresh Italian beef subs. It was standard and good. It wasn't very smokey (thus minus the star). I mean you could tell if you smelled it but it wasn't like OHHH so smokey lol. Definitely a good cheese though

Buy this cheese monthly, the family loves it.only thing last time the cheese slices would not come apart, it made it difficult to use as slices.

If you like provolone you will like this cheese. It tastes really good and I think it's a good value. Will definitely buy again.
