The cheese is fine. The price is fine. The packaging is terrible. It's incredibly difficult to open the package the first time. It's very difficult to reseal the package. And if you do manage to get the package resealed, then there's not enough plastic left above the resealable portion to open it up easily the second time.

This provolone has almost zero flavor! It looks good, has good texture, but very little flavor. Stick with Tillamook or Sargento or even Kraft if you want your smoked provolone to actually have good flavor. I tried it on two hot Italian subs and then threw about four fifths of the package away.

The cheese ended up having black mold all over about 90 days before the expiration date. We bought this to save a few bucks but we ended up tossing 1/3rd in the trash. We have quite a bit of varieties of cheese in the fridge but this provolone we are having trouble with.

This flavor was not as strong as I expected. Little bland. Just wasn’t my preference.

Doesn't really melt, never looses it's shape and taste like plastic

Decent product but no real “smoked” flavor. Slices are hard to separate without getting torn.

Darker Smokey flavor compared to others.
