Bought this for company coming over for burgers on the grill. Tastes great and melts nicely. Glad company came because now I have another new to me product to buy again. We love it. I’ve since used in place of other cheese in other dishes.

This product is just okay. I was hoping for a deeper, richer flavor, it falls a bit flat in that department. That said, the price is hard to beat, so I’ll probably buy it again for the value. Just don’t expect a bold taste.

Nothing worse than this: all the slices stick together; takes great patience to get them apart. The consistency of the cheese must be a factor; I've bought this product 3 times and each time I've thought "I ought to write a review." so, I do NOT subbest this as a good buy. I love cheese and although this cheese is tasty it is hard to use.

Slices stick together and difficult to pry apart with a butter knife. Limited refrigerated life before green mold starts to appear. I've given up trying to get any value from purchases of this item, and will go back to buying provolone slice packages that are staggered and not stuck together in two big clumps.
