Definitely not a 24hr pill, last about 10 hrs for myself. Name brand last longer in my opinion.

Our ENT used to prescribe this medication. When we changed doctors and pharmacies it became more difficult. I called the doctors office and they told me that this is the same medication and that I could buy it over-the-counter. I checked local prices and Sam’s was the best price! This medicine does the trick for my husband.

Have been unable to purchase this at the club for the last couple of months now so having my + membership was key to having this shipped to my home fast and free! They have only received a small shipment of these at the club from time to time and it seems that I would just miss that opportunity.
