Putting this together was rather easy. Just screw in the castors, slide on the arms and slide the main part of the sofa to the chaise. It takes 2 people to do the slide attachments. The fabric is very nice & the light gray color beautiful. The cushions are firm & VERY comfortable for my family. The double bed is easy for one person to open. It is very firm and comfortable for those who like firm. MUCH better than most sofa beds. I dislike the ones that have springs that make noise & sag. Then I usually feel the bars that are under the springs. NOT THIS ONE! The packaging was excellent & protected the sofa well. The only negative is the fabric is put on with thin staples. The storage in the chaise is a bonus. This is an impressive sofa bed for the price‼️

Despite all the confusion and mix-up getting our couch delivered by FedEx, we finally got it. It was so easy to assemble, light weight, beautiful fabric, love the storage and the big plus is the pull-out bed. Although it is pretty firm since it is new and not sat on much, we are so glad we bought this couch. Highly recommend it for someone that has a small room and/or tight quarters in moving it (as we did...down a hallway and making a rough/tight turn), it was easy to move since it was pretty light weight and came in pieces! (NOTE: Be sure that Sam's Club will require a signature upon delivery, which we had no idea and we had a nightmare in tracking it down!)

Couch came in two very large packages. I was able to put them together alone but it took some creative thinking and a few swear words. We purchased the dark grey couch and when we took it out of the box it looked much much lighter than we expected (the box did say dark grey so we didn’t get the wrong box). Overall the couch is sturdy, comfortable, and the added storage is awesome.

Firm but comfortable. Just got it so I don't know how it will hold up over time, but it's nice right now. And wasn't too hard to assemble with 2 people. I feel it was a good value. It arrived very early without any notice on the tracking, though, so you might want to make sure you'll be in town from the time you order it until it arrives.

My family and I love this sectional!!! It’s the perfect size for our small den! Perfect for our grandchildren and my hubby and I for comfy movie nights! The only complaint (if any) is that it’s firmer than what our comfort level would prefer. Therefore, I add a thick blanket to the top of it before we take a nap. FYI: I’ve read repeatedly that the storage bed pull gets stuck. “You simply have to pull the drawer out then pull the straps to pull the bedding out.

This is a beautiful couch and all the extras make it a great addition to your home. The only issue we had was putting it together. The task is not easy as the metal "eye and hook" process takes millions of attempts to secure. Also if you do not secure it correctly the pullout bed will not work properly. This is the only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating. Even thought it is a beautiful couch I will not purchase another one for this reason.

Assembly of sections was difficult. Requires two people to lift sections, line up metal brackets, and slide sections together. Had to lift main section upright, lift other section and struggle to slide together. Removing to change configuration of the side part seemed too difficult to attempt. Requires substantial strength to accomplish assembly.

This is a great price and a nice starter for a couple living in a small apartment. That being said it’s not what I expected, I was looking for a nice cozy couch to sit down and enjoy movie’s with the wife and kids. It’s just didn’t have the comfort feeling I was looking for! Practical and priced right for a young couple or college student.

It’s pretty small. Pay attention to the measurements. I’m about 5’7’’ and I can’t cross or put my legs up. It’s a small area to sit. The lounger part is great. The cushions are very soft. The seating part is a little hard. It’s definitely a couch that should go in an extra room, like a guest room. Just in case you need extra sleeping area. It’s definitely not for an every day living room.

I bought this sofa at the end of February and it's been nothing short of a nightmare. Two different colored pieces were delivered. We asked for an exchange and still received the wrong color, so they took both sofas back. It's now the end of April and I have no sofa and no refund.
