Everything that I researched said that the adjustable bed frame would fit in an existing bed frame if you removed the slats or drawers, but that is not the case. The legs were too short and if the adjustable bed frame sits on your existing frame then the foam edges on the adjustable bed frame gets crushed. I had to take my original bed frame out and now I don’t have a headboard or bed frame for my bed:( The only reason I bought this one was because it was supposed to work with my bed set. I very disappointed with that false advertising since you can’t return the frames! Another problem is that if you use the tv mode on the remote, it practically folds your body in half!!! There is no way that it is a comfortable position. As far as my mattress, I’m still on the fence about how it feels. My back and hips don’t hurt as much, but my arms are numb and tingling by morning.

I bought the adjustable base combo and am currently a little over 60 days in to the trail and have already contacted CS for a remedy. So here goes... Delivery: Received the mattress two days before the base. Both are heavy, but with two people can be easily set up with no problems. Was able to sleep on the mattress the same night with no weird smell. Base: The instruction manual was easy to read and understand. Also describes all the functions and features. The included USB ports are nice, but charge super slow so I opted for my normal chargers for devices. It also slides, a lot! So make sure you also invest in the brackets to keep the base in place. The primary con for me in regard to base is that the anti-snore function worked for about two weeks and then stopped. Have to manually adjust to that setting. Further, the vibration patterns go all wonky every now and then. Mattress: I opted for original ghost bed, and height is a bit lower than my old mattress. The sides droop down when sitting on the edge, so it feels as if you'll slide right off when putting on shoes. The firmness is good, but my husband and I both wake with back pain that is typically worse than it was. That claim was my primary motivation for purchasing in the first place. Mattress needs to conform to base adjustment still as certain positions leave gaps between the base and mattress. Returns: you can return/replace the matress within the trial period. However, base purchases are final. If you choose to upgrade the matress, hen your trial is complete and you're stuck with the new one for better or worse. Customer service is excellent, however, I wanted another couple days to discuss whether to fully upgrade or just return the matress and go with a different brand. Was told than fine and made an appointment for a follow-up. That was mine days ago, with no emails or calls from the company since. This is not the first bed that I have purchased online, but now my advice is to go into a physical store and try any mattress that catches your eye or matches your criteria for a new bed. For the price, I want to be sure that a mattress will meet my needs and I'll not be stuck with a bed that promises one thing but doesn't deliver. I was hoping my experience would be much better.

GhostBed is what I have been enjoying for last four years. It kindly addresses all the physical needs that you have while sleeping. It is basically the similar bed that is found in the hospitals to meet the needs of all kinds of patients. I personally suggest this to bought by others too as it does meet resting issues for the body.

I wanted to use the mattress for a while before I wrote a review. At first, I wasn't sure if it was too soft or too hard. Now having slept on it for 30 days, I find that it is very comfortable. It hasn't cured my back but it also hasn't made it any worse either. I am glad I purchased this mattress and would purchase again if I needed. Hope it lasts for a long time.

I was a bit skeptical but figured I would give this bed a try. I love it! It has really helped with my reflux problem in being able to raise my head without having a zillion pillows propping my head up. The only thing I wish I had done differently was to keep my old mattress as it was more comfortable that the one I bought with the bed.

I ordered the Luxe combo with the king size mattress and adjustable base. Shipping was fast but Fed-Ex was screwy. Assembly was easy and it was fast to get it all together. I’ve had chronic back pain for several years. I was shocked to see the pain go away IMMEDIATELY as soon as I laid on this mattress. We’ve had the bed for a little over a month now and it is hands down the best bed I’ve ever owned. I’ve had 0 back pain and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that. I was in a car wreck in late October and got a broken leg and numerous cracked ribs for my efforts. This bed has been a Godsend because with these ribs it’s hard to get up and down. no complain here, very satisfied. my husband had a problem with our old mattress. because of his back problem, since he's been sleeping on our new bed, he's more comfortable and no complaints, i can't say that he's pain went away, but he has no complain about our new mattress. Yvette

The frame being able to adjust has eliminated the pains from sleeping on the old mattress. Having the massage before sleeping is so relaxing making for a great nights sleep. No more acid reflux by having the head of the bed raised, and snoring almost gone.

This bed is amazing. We were worried about purchasing a bad online but with the sleep trial period we made the decision to get it based off reviews and ratings. We have not been disappointed. The mattress is wonderful, and the adjustable base is incredible. I highly recommend this combination. The shredded pillow was a hit as well. Setup was incredibly easy as well.

The installation was extremely easy, which was a huge relief for me. I bought the twin xl mattress and the adjustable frame. Since my purchase, I have had the best sleep ever. I’m a heavy guy so finding a mattress that could support my weight was very important and the ghost bed definitely helped with that. I would recommend buying the mattress cover if you tend to eat food while on your bed. I bought the cover just in case I spill food on it or drinks.
