Ordered the Ghostbed Luxe for my aging parents and they absolutely love it- the mattress is not too hard, not to soft! My Dad says its the best sleep he's had in years! This bed was an easy set up- we got the split adjustable king. The firmness was great on both sides at first but it seems like my side got broken in really quickly. I also don’t like that fact that I’m constantly fixing the mattresses to fit back on the base, they slide off the side a bit. I’m still trying to figure out the best position for comfort at night though, not the best for a side sleeper.

I should have got an adjustable bed a long time ago. I sat on the decision of getting one for many years. Glad I finally pulled the trigger on the ghost bed. 👻 my back thanks me. The 3D matrix mattress at first felt more firm than I anticipated, but after a few weeks it softens up and is now the perfect combo of soft and supportive. It does sleep cooler than my old memory foam mattress or it may be the ghost ice sheets, which actually work, compared to any other brand of so called cooling sheets. I had to remove the sheets and will save them for the warmer months. Even without the ghost ice sheets it sleeps cooler then my old sinking into the abyss, I cant get out of bed or move memory foam mattress. I'm extremely satisfied with the comfort of the 3D Matrix along with the adjustable base combo. I had issues with acid reflux at night when laying flat. The adjustable base works great. I can raise the head height perfect so that I no longer have issues with stomach acid creeping up into my throat and waking me up. Overall I would recommend ghostbed products to all my friends and family.

We love it ! The whole reason for getting this bed was because of my husbands back issues. Our old bed was still in great shape, but too soft for his back. I did put a topper on my side because it was a little too hard for me. But so far it is really nice and we like it a lot !

We both can finally sleep how we want to without disturbing the other. I like to be sleeping with my legs up high, while she sleeps with the head up. No more waking each other up because we toss and turn from being uncomfortable or too hot with our old mattress

The white glove Delivery was really good. They set it up very quickly. The bed itself is very comfortable very easy to use the remote controls. I have the split king. The only problem I am having is the bars at the end of the bed that hold bed in place keeps coming undone.

you leave no room for mistakes or change of mind if 1 bed isnt working out. your offer for fixing things is next to nothing at all. and then theres the fact that NO MATTER WHAT the moving under frame can only be a scrape piece of metal laying around if you need to change bed sizes. what this means is that no matter what the frame cant be swaped for a different size. we actually are having regular problems with the frame but even more are the problems of comfort. so far i have had 60 nights of back pain, and to think that the company told me this was the mattress i needed for the problem. its no wonder you cant find a honest caring company ANYWHERE any more, they all only care of the profits and amounts going into their pockets

I love my new bed bundle. The frame is wonderful. It has a remote that I can put the head up or down while reading or watching tv. There is a massaging mechanism with more than one speed and 3 options for the time of the massage. There are lights on the underside of the bed if needed to get up at night and no need to turn on a ceiling light. The matrix mattress is wonderful. It gives me the support I need but not too firm. It is also cooler which is a nice feature. It’s great for neck and back support.

What can I say, I adore my bed! The mattress is not too firm and not too soft that you have trouble turning over because you sink into it. And the Adjustable base is great. I have severe lower back pain and poor circulation in my legs and feet. So I use the zero gravity position to lessen the pain and increase the circulation in my legs. It helps me get thru the day! Finding it hard to sleep in other beds now.
