[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Grilling Gazebo! It looks great on our patio and provides shelter from bad weather too. We've had several neighbors comment on how nice it looks. We added Edison lights to create a nice ambiance. Great purchase for us!

I wasn't sure if it would be too big for our relatively small yard, but it has changed the whole look of our backyard. We used to have the grill pressed up against the house, but we actually moved it out into the middle of the patio with the gazebo over it, hung some lights, and have the table a bit further out... and it looks like the back of a restaurant now. I thought it was neat but I actually really didn't expect it to so dramatically change the look of our yard. People comment on it every time they come over.

I would give it 5 stars but a couple of the boards don’t line up perfectly preventing the screws from sitting flush. I hope that doesn’t lead to issues down the road. For now, we are very happy with this purchase!!!

Extremely impressed with this product and the company. I was leery about buying a kit, but this thing was impressive. Instructions were actually clear, parts and hardware very clearly labeled, extra hardware was provided (I double checked to make sure 😅), appropriate bits that were needed were provided and the Bilt 3-D app was helpful in some spots too. Pay attention to the instructions and you’ll have no issues. Highly recommend this product or anything from Backyard Discovery! Officially a customer for life at this point!

It was easier to assemble than I thought it would be, but definitely need at least 2 people. It is very sturdy and looks beautiful. Great product and well worth the price

The assembly company offered on the website does not have any PNW crews so I had to hire my own. I had 4 guys on the first day and 2 guys for an additional 3 days, working full 8-9 hour days. They were carpenters who did excellent work, it just took a really long time. The finished carport looks outstanding.

I would recommend this gazebo. All was well labeled and instructions were very clear. However, I mounted the roof panel after the frame was up and secured. If would have been too heavy for my wife and I to lift. We are seniors and it work out better that way for us

I paid for assembly with my purchase thru Sam's Club. They use a company called Out of the Box Installation and that was the beginning of my nightmare. Twice, their tech did not show up for the appointment because he said they sent him to another "job" instead. The tech finally came out after a whole bunch of back & forth with me and Out of the Box. It was so much trouble that I don't have the time to list here. Bottom line - the Arcadia 9.5x12 gazebo looks great once up. I do wish it had a drip edge or gutter for the rain. If you pay for assembly thru Sam's, please ask for a different company to assemble. The reviews for Out of the Box Assembly are terrible & you better believe every single word!! If I could give them a thousand negative stars, I would. I wouldn't even want them to tie my shoe! Sam's Club & Backyard Discovery needs to stop using them immediately!!!
