Well built, it ran go on test run started right up. Won't know any more until I have to use it.

Bought generator dec 1st and still not straightened out

Awesome, easy to start

So I get it home and the battery is dead. I try charge it and when I test it the test came back a bad cell. This is because it has sat on Sams Club shelve for a year of more, who knows. So all of the hype how great Sams Club is is more corporate lies. I called and explained my problem. I asked for them to exchange the battery. Nope I have to load it back up and bring the whole thing to them and get a different generator. That I am sure has been sitting right next to the spot where this one came from. Now I am 65 years old live alone and have a bad back. This thing says 215lbs on the box and I would say more like 250lbs. So do not buy from Sams Club unless you want to turn into the Hulk from lifting this super heavy thing up multicable times taking it back and forth until you hopefully can find one with a good battery. Corporate again taking my money for nothing ..... So I guess I should have bought it at a small shop if there is any left as I will now have to buy a 150 dollar battery. Thanks for your great service Sams Club. So I can't rate the generator because at 65 I can't pull start it so I have to now go and buy a battery.

So glad I bought this unit. Sence I bought it I’ve had to use it twice already

It worked well the one time we’ve had to use it already.

I hope I never have to use it, but if and when I do it's nice knowing I am relying on the best.
