Brand new, unscrewed the oil dipstick to add oil, and found out the threads were stripped. Immediately ordered and had to pay for a new one.

Bought new generator when we moved. Didn't need it for 2 years. Power went out this spring & I was amazed how easy it was to use.

It ran my sump pump, refrigerator and lights with no problem. First pull start up on the first try. Excellent buy

I have owned a Generac for about 23 years. It is a very dependable product and I would not buy any brand.

So far so good; I'm confident it will do the job. It makes a little more noise than some but quiet enough.

unit looks and sounds good .one of those buys you hope you dont have to use but hope if power fails will take care of our needs

nice unit except when i recieve it ,the wires were cut on the generator. i repaired and its working. jay
