Bought it and it ran great. With only 19 hours on it developed compression issues and due to that the recoil starter broke. Had it fixed at a Generac dealer and it runs great, getting Generac to honor their warranty not great.

Living in Florida and going thru many hurricanes this year we decided to buy a generator. did not have to use so far but just testing the unit, from the easy set up to the easy start we are now prepared for many seasons to come.

Unit surged badly right out of the box. Would not provide reliable power when it was need desperately needed. Could t get support when it happened and now faced with decision on what to do with a useless heap of metal.

I purchased this as backup when we lose electricity. It was very easy to setup, has good features and is very easy to run.I was surprised at how little I had to do to get it running.

With the exception of one part missing in the shipment, the generator went together easily. The instructions were clear and well written. The missing part was sent quickly with no hassles. It runs my home with no problems.

This product is great!!! I ran it for 8 days with very litlle rest in between! Wow is the only thing I could say. I powered the whole house. Generac7500. Easy to start, easy to maintain, easy to roll wherever you need it! Lifesaver

not installed yet but,had a generac 5500 in my 1995 rv and although it was old and not well taken care of it got us through three days with out power during super storm sandy

The machine ran 4 days straight. Supplied power to the whole house except the stove. Never had any issues. Worked perfectly. Would buy another in a minute. Now ready for any storm!!

Bought last fall. easy assembly, battery charger works good. I just gave it a performance run and was satisfactory. Bought it as emergency power source. Electric service has been 100%. So we have not been able to give it at true test.

Easy to put together and it started right up. Got a great deal on the internet. I have heard and read that Generac is the way to go. Now I hope I don't have to use it.
