I lost power from a storm appx 2 months ago, the generator fired right up and basically powered my entire house, including an electric water heater. The only way I could be any happier is if it ran on water not gas.

Very easy to set up out of the box, directions were plain and simple. Started right up, easy to transport. This unit supplies all the power needed to run everything we need.

Have had the unit for about three months, used it before we got power to our cabin. Performed like promised, I am planning to get what is needed for emergency use if and when needed.

I ordered the generator after the storm in 2020. I had the electric panel updated to allow the generator to back feed. I have not had to use it yet but roll it out once a month to start it. I like the electric start and built in trickle charge.

I cannot get it started I filled oil and gas turned switch on full choke turned gas on pulled chord and it will not fire. Turned choke off pulled some more and still will not fire. I exchanged my first one for same reason. What am I doing wrong?

It has worked well since purchased. We feel very confident that it will meet all our requirements. I have recommended this unit to 2 friends, one of which is seriously considering a purchase of an identical unit.

From the time I opened the box, I new it was going to be a good day. Easy assembly, nice looking and ready to go. After I did the preliminary's the generac started right away. Worked as expected. Tks Generac....

We get a lot of outages and it usually 6 to 8 hours to get it back. This generator furs up on the first pull and powers everything but the AC. Can't imagine life without it!

The battery wire on the red side came off up by the solenoid the wire was not pinched from the factory it was an easy fix I love the electric start credit out of my house it works fantastic

I am really happy with my new 7500watt generator it was shipped to me at no charge and was eay to put together . It performed perfectly and I can't wait to lose power so I can try it out
