Multiple electrical problems internally and on panel. Engine wont run on my 17.5k unit and service tech refuses to take product due to poor Generac service. Voltage regular on 15k unit caught on fire and ruined the whole electrical panel.

Install is easy and electric start is very good. Run for 10 minuet with vacuum. So far very good. Have not hook up with electric panel yet. I will have electrician to install switch soon. Than will see how it actually work.

Fantastic generator. Easy start, easy connection. Powered everything in the house when the power was out. Only complaint would be the loudness, but the amount of power it puts out is worth the little bit of noise.

Just unboxed the unit, Very impressed the unit came with enough parts to preform the first service, Assemble is very simple, Runs very good & quiet for the size.

Easy to set up starts right away on the first try looks like it is made solidly made. I bought it because of the reputation and consumer Reports gives it good reviews haven't worked it hard yet we shall see.

Took less than 30 minutes to unwrap and push the start button.Started first time.This is a replacement for a 15 year old generator(generac) which I was 100% happy with,just needed more Power.

I live on a farm with some livestock. Water is a must year around. Can't afford to be without electricity. Now that I have my new generator I won't worry about that any more. I'm impressed with the quiet running of this unit. GP7500E.
