Price was good, assembly very easy, and started without hesitation. I mainly use it for back up for my home, but also use it for jobs around my outbuildings and acreage. So far no problems.

Actually stumbled upon this brand, and model, when searching for a generator. After setting up and using, I could not be more pleased with the experience and performance.

Generator was delivered within a short time after ordering. Put the wheels and foot assembly on. Connected the battery cables, added the oil, filled with gas. The unit started right up. Connected it to my house and it ran very well. Nice product.

Got this after we had been out of power for 24 hours. Did some quick research and Generac was recommended. Very happy with the purchase and being the only one with lights and heat on my street. Great customer service

It took me 10 minutes to assemble it and start using it. I'm very pleased with the noise level as well as all the power I got for the price. It also looks amazing. Really heavy one, cant lie... but it is worth it. Best choice I've could made.

Purchased the unit after a ice storm. Easy to set up, started on first pull. Power was off 2 days but we were able to keep the fridge and lights on. will purchase transfer switch and install ASAP

Viewing the schematic, all power, both 240v and 120v goes through one 30 amp breaker. 30 amps time 240 volts is 7200 watts with no more capacity for the 120v outlets. How can you rate this generator at 9200 watts when you can only use 7200 watts?

Although we haven't had to use, all is well. We bought this because we have 2 little ones and want to be prepared. Bought from a local dealer so it was already set up and ready to go. All we have to do is gas up and please the switch. Bring it on!!

My 1st one died on me within 200hrs. I had it repaired through the warranty. It lasted for 1400hrs and died completely. The second one died at 115hr...this time the stepping motor. Not a generator to rely on.
