It's super easy to make and it's easier than cooking rice on the stove which I always seem to undercook. We love using this as a side or adding it into a meal. Delicious!

We have tried almost all the boxed rice side dishes. He didn't even consider that a "smart" guy would be tasty. Boy was he wrong. So much so that we can easily consume more than one bag. We will definitely keep this as a staple for nights when we're short on time.
