[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Backyard gazebo is well built, definitely needs at least 3 people to put together. Watch the video!!!! Makes the instructions make sense!! I shopped around and this gazebo is solid wood, built to last and the perfect piece for our backyard!!!

I ordered this and had it shipped to me because it was so heavy. It took 2-3 people to put it together over the course of a few days. Not the easiest to put together but everything is great quality, it's sturdy and looks great, use it almost everyday, put it outside our patio to cover grill.

This is the best labeled well built product I’ve come across it took a little longer than instructions said but still not bad for someone with a little help pick a couple of good weather days lay it all out use the BILT app and you will have no problem. Don’t worry it will tighten up and go together in the end just pay attention you have all pieces turned the right way when constructing

This definitely is alot of work. it says it takes 3 people 10 hrs. I'd say 2 & both should have tools. it's not difficult to build. I did most of it myself (I'm a 45 yr old woman) with help from my son & his friend with the roof. the only negative I have is the clamp that it comes with is not strong enough & the one we received was broken. overall I love the gazebo & have been enjoying it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very satisfied with the quality. Don’t be intimidated. All parts are very well marked and organized. My husband put it all together by himself. Only needed a second pair of hands at the very end to put on patio. Would buy again and again. Great price!

My husband took about a week to build this largely by himself, at a very easy pace! He is 68 yrs old . It has been a truly wonderful addition to the garden house at an unbelievable price! One of our posts had a mar that happened in shipping, in about 3 days a brand new one showed up! Customer service is a dream! It deserves 6 ⭐'s!!

We bought this and recommend getting the install as they did a great job and it looks just like the picture! Wonderful! Was missing a couple parts and the installer made sure to order and said let them know when they are there and they would come back and add the parts. Can tell you how well everything went and we love or gazebo!!!! Sent a picture to our friend and he bought one too and had installed. He loves his too!

Bought the gazebo last spring and enjoyed it all summer. Fast forward to spring 2025 and a EF2s tornado came through. Uprooted all our large oak and hickory trees but our gazebo stood tall and strong. Not a scratch. I can't reccommend this product enough.

I bought this last summer for my concrete patio. After some back and forth with the company contracted (through the backyard discovery website) to put these together, we ended up putting it together ourselves. It was not easy because we did not have the correct ladders or other equipment needed. Otherwise, we really like it.
