Got a quote from a contractor for a 10x10 gazebo and was quoted $14,000+. We found this and for the price it was worth a try. There were some very slight imperfections on the wood when arrived (from shipping co.). I was able to assemble mostly everything myself. Lifting the roof panels definitely requires 3 people and ladders for each. We bought this as part of building our dream outdoor kitchen. We've had the gazebo for 9 months now through rain and wind and blasting sun, and it still looks brand new. We are very happy with the purchase and for the price you can't beat it!

We purchased to include build. It all went smoothly and, in the Hill Country heat, this shaded area is an oasis poolside! Makes it very comfortable to both use the smoker and eat outside now. We are still decorating--a work in progress. Beautifully constructed, with electrical outlet and ample roofline to insure water (we need rain) sheds to the exterior. Thanks for helping we retirees to get this beauty built!

overall the only gazebo I've seen that should handle Buffalo NY snow.\nThe Bilt app is a real help. part numbers stamped on board edges are nearly impossible to read. Removable stickers would be a big help.\n99 % of pre drilled holes line up. overall would recommend, but installed myself because the installation company (Go Configure) stiffed twice. \n built roof panels in garage and had 4 adults install roof sections.

Absolutely love my gazebo now that it is together. Assembly however was extremely challenging. There is probably 100 pcs of cedar boards and 500 plus screws and other parts. The markings on the boards are small and faint on the ends of the board. It took me two hours of unboxing and relabeling each board with painters tape and a permanent marker. This up front work saved many many hours searching for parts. It took quite a bit longer than the suggested 3 people/10 hours. You need at least 3 strong people for the roof assembly but the more the better. The end result however is an excellent quality gazebo that I believe will last a very long time. This is much nicer than the ones you typically see in the big box stores. My husband did say he would hire out assembly if there was a next time, lol!

I spent countless hours researching gazebos. I searched all over for a very high quality gazebo that would last a long time and that looked great on the new patio I just installed. I stumbled on this gazebo on display at a store by me and I was really impressed with how well the structure was made. Even though it is a dark walnut stain, it had an ever-so-slight hue of red color on a couple of the posts while my wife and I were looking at it in the store. Also, we were looking for something that had a black roof as opposed to a dark brown. So my wife and I decided to keep looking for another option. We looked at other brands which was aesthetically exactly what we were looking for (natural light wood tone with black roof). However, the quality was no where near this. From the max snow load to the wind certification of 100mph, and the impressive quality of the steel roof and cedar, there really was no competition. As you can see from the pictures, there is no red hue at all and it really looks awesome against the gray paving stones I have. CONS: There was a couple nicks and scratches, as well as some waviness in the roof. Also, it comes with screws to bolt into the ground, which is an optional step. The screws to anchor it to the ground were not as high quality as the rest of the structure, so I bought concrete screw anchors (1/4” DIA. x1-3/4” L). They worked out great. Lastly, I love the electric hookup, but the cord was a little short for where we needed it to go by a foot or two. It would be great if the cord length could be adjusted. There are workarounds for this like placing the electric panel lower, so it’s not the end of the world. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had our gazebo for about 5 months and put it by our pool for shade in the summer. It was fantastic. Made it tolerable to enjoy the pool during the day in July and August. We used the Ilea Dignitet tension curtain wire and hung sheer curtains for some privacy. We hired a contractor to put it together because we just didn’t have the time. The instructions are 99 pages long! It ended up costing us just as much as the gazebo for assembly but we still think it was worth it and the value was good. It is a gorgeous gazebo that’s held up to some strong storms. In the off season we’ve put furniture in the middle of it and it does offer some protection although things will get wet in a big Texas thunderstorm.

We bought this a little over a month ago and couldn't be happier. Everything about this gazebo is above and beyond expectations. To begin with it is absolutely beautiful and looks amazing in our space. The quality is outstanding, It is made solid cedar and the craftsmanship is excellent. we had it installed on a16x18 slab with the angled roof it fits nicely under the soffits of the house. We also feel that this was a excellent value. This will add beauty to our backyard for many years to come

We bought this about 6 months ago and love it. We put an outdoor high bar table under it and have totally enjoyed sitting outside since we got the gazebo, before there was just not enough coverage just using umbrellas; the assembly was a bit pricey but well worth it.
