Bought few months ago...it's nice but had imperfections on the wood. Etc

Good not excellent

The directions are absolute crap and the wood is super fragile. Had a long pice standing against the pool deck, it slipped, fell over and snapped in half. Again, this product is crap.

To start, I am not a carpenter but am handy with tools.  I was a little concerned that I was taking on a little too much with this 24x12 Gazebo.  I could not have been more wrong.  The directions were direct and detailed but simple to understand.  The hardware was well marked and separated into small bags.  All parts were well marked and in good condition.  The sheet metal parts were sturdy and arrived without bends or scratches. My wife and I built this unit in about 2 weeks.  It could have been less but we only worked 3 hours per day. I purchased this to enclose my well water reverse osmosis system.  I am extremely pleased with the quality of the parts and materials.  All direction were right on and the parts were all cut perfectly.  I honestly have no negative comments.  It was a pleasure to build, the price was reasonable and the result was exactly as I expected. I have even recommended this unit to my friends and family with the hope that they will invite me to help them.
