Great kit. All items were unpacked, sorted, and stacked for ease of finding/using when called for in the directions. The best part was the individual bags of screws, bolts, nuts, etc. that were easy to find once sorted and placed on a table for ease in finding when needed. The hardest part was pouring the concrete footers to ensure a solid anchoring of the assembly. Assembling the frame was simple and made it easy to pre-place at the footer locations to ensure everything was in its proper place. Once placed and temporarily anchored, the assembly of the roof panels was simple. You will most definitely need a minimum of two people to place the panels, but three would be better. Finishing up was easy and only required tightening all the remaining bolts and completing anchoring the assembly permanently.

It is nice looking and sturdy. The color of the wood is slightly lighter than pictured. There’s also a ton of imperfections on the wood and for how much I spent, it is a bit bothersome. Overall, it’s a high quality product. I really liked the option to pay extra for installation. The guys did a good job setting it up overall, though it did prevent us from noticing the imperfections prior to setting it up.

BUY THIS NOW! we bought this gazebo about a month ago and wish we had years ago. In our subdivision there is little shade, this gazebo gives us the perfect back patio with coverage from the sun! Delivery, instructions, parts, wood quality, video step by step instructions were great, everything packaged and presented nicely! Another great feature is the electric outlet box, very helpful and convenient for hanging lights or phones/ music. We are very pleased and happy we purchased. **only one issue, I’m trying to find a sunshade/ misquote black net for this gazebo. I see other brands have their own made for their products but I’m having a hard time finding one that would work with this particular one. **

Despite shipping delays this is a great gazebo. We did the installation ourselves if your handy and have the correct rooms it isn't so bad follow the instructions that were very clear and you will be fine however it did take me and my husband about 4 days to complete we worked on it a little at a time. The roof most definitely needs 3 to 4 people. But once it was done I'm completely satisfied with it tons of compliments also the power port is a well added bonus.

Unfortunately I do not have the gazebo up some issues that I am trying to clear up has held up the assembly. I did see this gazebo in person set up in Sams club and I fell in love with it immediately and it is so sturdy and so well designed I knew right away that i had to have it. Again I cannot take pictures or video until I have it assembled, but be rest assured that I will share many pictures and video as soon as that happens. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice looking gazebo! I built the whole project myself using only the instructions supplied. I did download the video, but the instructions were good enough to complete the project. The project is forgiving enough that you don't have to be exact on your measurements or squareness, but the closet you are, the easier it will go together for you. I poured four concrete pads for the legs and got those nice and level and I made them 24 inches square and that have me plenty of room to make adjustments to the awareness of the base once I started the assembly of all the component pieces. I would recommend at least two helpers when putting the roof pieces up because they were too awkward for me to get them in place by myself. My only complaint is that one piece of structure was damaged by a tomorrow fork, but it turned out to be hidden once the project was completed and I didn't have to wait on getting a replacement part. Overall, great looking gazebo at a fair price! I'm glad it is finished and we can enjoy it. It took me about a month to finish it from sight prep to completion, but I did work alone on 95% of it, so a helper would save you a lot of time.

The Directions were in two languages, the important one for me being "English"! It took three men to perform the roof install as you needed to be about %' 10" or taller. I am a semi professional modeler and am used to hard to follow Building directions...these we hard to follow. Study the pictures very closely, every little detail tells a story of assembly. It helps if more than one person look at the directions. But we figured it out! The attached picture shows the final outta the box Gazebo! I put Clear Large Christmas Lights around the inside roof edge for subdued night lighting and it looks great! Am going to buy for set of "magnetic screening" panels that can be let down or tied back to control breeze and some direct sunlight as well as bugs. I recommend a good buy. If the directions were more clear it woulda been a "Five Star" product!

We purchased our Cordova 14X10 Gazeebo in July and had it installed on our pool deck on four foot deep concrete footers. One of the main reasons we went with Backyard Discovery was the ability for the structure to withstand heavy winds. I live in the Tampa area and we just went through Hurricane Milton last night. I had major concerns about the metal roof and when I woke up this morning, the entire structure was completely intact. Apart from the being a beautiful structure, it’s amazing to see that it withstood 90 mph gusts and sustained winds of 75 mph for several hours. If you want a well built and beautiful pavilion, I’d highly recommend Backyard Discovery. We couldn’t be more pleased.

We love our new addition to the patio and while we installed it late in the season for much use, we look forward to next spring and summer. Install was work, but for the most part straight forward. We had help lifting roof sections in place as well as the initial four posts. We took our time, followed the paper instructions mostly and are very happy with the result. We sealed it with Thompsons sealer-before the roof panels were on which was a wise decision. And yesterday, we hung 5 strands of vintage large Christmas lights under the roof! Highly recommend

I’m so thrilled with my new gazebo! So much better now that we have great shade to make the yard more comfortable! I paid someone to build it and he did a great job, and it did take some time to grade it properly, pour thr concrete and anchor everything!
