The gazebo looks nice and appears to be of good quality, but we paid for the assembly services and they won't anchor it to our patio. The man doing the assembly says it isn't in his contract, but can't show me a reference and there is nothing on the Sam's or Backyard Discovery websites saying they won't anchor a gazebo. I would have paid somebody else to do it if I knew Backyard Discovery wouldn't finish the job.

Don't pay for assembly

Excellent quality and service. Kit came in on time and went together with ease. Lots of detail to parts alignment and manufacturing. We had one roofing board with a broken lap joint that Backyard Discovery promptly replaced (the process to order replacement parts was seamless). Very happy with the purchase and look forward to ordering future Backyard Discovery parts. Swing Set is next :)
