This is great for a serving and to take on the go. It is also keeping the unused cheese fresh! This cheese is very creamy and spreads across crackers easily. I found the taste pleasant, but not distinct. It's more neutral and probably would compliment a flavored cracker. And anything else you paired it with would shine as the star flavor. Not too expensive, available at most stores near me, worth buying
