I used to buy this cheese to fry and it was really good. Unfortunately, now I can say , horrible cheese to fry. Its melt like plastic and taste horrible.

They changed the recipe, and it is now a waste of money. It melts right away and doesn't look like a proper queso frito.

SUPER SALTED, the excess of salt exceeds any cheese I bought before. I love these kid of cheese and this is the first time we buy this mark. But unfortunately, if you have a normal or low salt diet this cheese is not for you. The excessive amount of salt is notable. You literally have to drink juice or water after it.
