I woke up in the middle of the night to a smell that something was burning or overheating. Upon investigation, I found that the heater plug overheated in the outlet. I turned off the heater to allow the plug to cool before removing it, but now it's stuck/ melted in the outlet.

This ceramic tower heater is very easy to assemble and does a fantastic job. It has added safety features, and offers the convenience of a remote control. We purchased this for my mother-in-law who has a harder time getting up and down quickly, and she has been very happy with it.

There were some unexpected cold weather, not wanting to turn the heat yet in all the house. Got this Lasko with a special discount on Sam’s Club. It hits almost instant, keep 300sq foot warm just with the low mode. Very easy to use, I kept running the whole night with out adjusting time, and move to room to room as it is light, portable and stable base. Just follow instructions on how place correctly the base

Good price for a compact heater to just take the edge off on some of those cold mornings when you don't want to crank the whole house up for 20 minutes of comfort in a room. It's quiet and circulates pretty well. If you use it as intended you will love it.

This small space heater provides a decent amount of heat for its size. I will use this in my garage where I would typically be stationary either playing my arcade unit or sitting at my workbench. This heater is best in close proximity and will give you a little bit of warm in a somewhat cold room or garage in my case When the temperatures dip below 50°. It is very quiet and has different functions as well as oscillating movement. I like the size as it is easy to store when the temperature warms up. The remote control is a nice Addition although I feel the power cord could be just a tad bit longer. If you have to run an extension cord, make sure you get a heavy duty extension cord as you will find this unit develops a lot of heat in the connection at the extension cordProvides just enough heat for what I need.

Loved the design and remote of the heater but the stench of chemicals like burning plastic smelled so toxic. And it would not go away. We had it on for hours thinking it would pass it never did. Such a shame. We returned it. The smell gave me a headache. That smell can’t be overlooked nor can it be healthy.
