1st one didn’t work. Took it in for exchange - no problem at customer service. Second unit works fine.

I would have given it 5 stars but the remote control works with my Lasko fan now I have to unplug the fan so they both don’t be on at the same time

This unit does not emit enough heat to make the room feel comfortable the height is definitely not a factor th8ng about returning this unit

Slim design, good heat output, intuitive buttons and remote. An excellent addition to our small house.

Seems to heat well. Only used it a couple of times so far. Disappointed as the cord is short and warnings say not to use an extension cord.

Heats the room quickly and keeps the temperature at the constant temperature you've selected.... and it has a remote!

Bought this unit to knock chill off of a poorly insulated add on room without using heat pump and it works very well.

This tower heater was an EXCELLENT buy! Very reasonable price and it heats up the room (bathroom) quickly. Its also low-noise.

Sent it to my son who lives in Milwaukee where it is freezing. He lives in an older house, and he said it really cranks out the heat!!

This heater works but has an unpleasant smell . We tried running it to burn it off but still smalls bad .
