None of my family or friends like hot sauce. That's a problem when I visit. I saw these and although Texas Pete isn't my favorite hot sauce, it'll do in a pinch. I stuffed a ziploc with these and put them in the glove box. I'm also going to drop some off at my mom's in her packet drawer. No more "Sorry, we don't have hot sauce". I took a star because the "Best By Date" is this July (only five months!) and I would have thought it'd have at least a year. Nope. Oh well, this is the cheapest you will find hot sauce packets so if you need them Sam's has them. I'd be even happier if they were Tobasco but you can't have everything.

Buy only if you can go through them quick and absolutely love Texas Pete. Texas Pete is OK, either you like it or you don't. If you haven't tried it it's a Louisiana style hot sauce. The price is right, but the use by date wasn't. I have till July. Hot sauce will keep a lot longer but I only bought these for portability because nobody in my family likes hot sauce. Like I said I thought the taste was OK but the shelf life isn't in my opinion. A year would have been nice.
