I suffer from digestive issues, and chronic heartburn. This product gave me relief from heartburn, bloating and constipation. I have been taking it for a year now and I will continue taking it.

This is a great tasting probiotic. Almost to sweet. It also helps get things moving. You do have to make sure you shake it up really well and check the bottom to make sure it's all mixed together.

i have always had digestive issues and more so now that iam older. this really helps to keep my gut active and healthy. highly recommend if you have the same issues.
