The roses/babysbreath, as flowers - looked fine, but the "arrangement" was nothing near the arrangement pictured in the add. It sorta looked like someone who knew nothing about arranging flowers took two bunches of roses, stuck some babysbreath between them and put them in a vase. If an actual flowral designer was to have arranged them, I believe then the quality was even lower than I graded it.

Ordered online in the comfort of my easy chair. I received a shipping notice and tracking number the night before they were delivered. They were delivered mid morning and I was the first one at work to get a call from their wife. She was excited and loved them.

I purchase this arrangement for Valentines Day this year, Unlike past experiences, I was not happy with the product this time.. 3 of the roses were dead when we opened the box. I have only had good experiences with these, but this time they only lasted 2 days before the flowers died.

They came first ahead of when I ordered them. So the surprise was ruined. Then they only lasted about 5 days. Yes we placed them in the required solution and water in the vase provided. Because they didn't last at all I will not be ordering from Sam's next year. Maybe less expensive, but they just are not worth the money I paid for them

When my wife received the flowers, they were beautiful, although one rose was dead and shriveled, and there was very little "baby's breath" or greens to complement the flowers. Every day after receiving them, she has thrown away several, as they shriveled away from the tips down, as though they had been subjected to freezing temperatures during storage or shipping (or were just plain old.) The dozen or so remaining today, 6 days after delivery, are pretty pathetic-looking. She probably would have thrown them all out a couple of days ago if they weren't a present for our 50th Valentine's Day, so it was supposed to be special.

The roses arrived on the date promised and were very beautiful. The vase was a bit small for 3 dozen and it only came with 1 nutrient packet. They lasted about a week. I think they would have lasted longer if they were in a larger vase and more nutrient packs. We ended up taking half of them out and put them in a different vase.

The ordering process was quick and easy to complete. The fact that the price was all-inclusive (no add-ons, handling or delivery charges were added) was a plus. When put on display, the flowers looked beautiful and we feel that it was a good buy. One negative though was that while most of the flowers looked good, after five or six days some of them started to wither too early in our opinion. Overall, a good buy.

Wonderful box of 36 Red Roses arrived for my wife on time as ordered from Sam's Club - but my wife didn't realize they were from me until I got home from work and told her. Unfortunately - the card that came with the flowers had just one letter printed on it - the letter "A" Not what I wrote - and clearly had my wife and visiting in-laws wondering who sent my dear sweet wife so many beautiful flowers. Everyone assumed they were from me - but it wasn't till I appeared - that instead of the welcome hug and kiss - everyone just looked at me and asked if I sent the flowers. All is well now - Sam's Club just needs better attention to detail. bh

This was the first time we tried ordering roses from Sam's and now that we have, we will do it again. They arrived fresh and in great condition and fully opened up after they were trimmed and put in water in accordance with the instructions. It was fantastic price for 3 dozen (about 1/3 the price I paid locally for the same amount) and they lasted for two weeks. We will definitely order from Sam's again.

I usually buy flowers locally and pay premium prices. When I came across the Sam's email for 3 dozen roses for such a low price, I was initially suspicious but put my trust in Sam's quality. The flowers were for Valentines Day, so delivery timing was critical. I got nervous the day before they were supposed to be delivered and I still didn't have tracking information. A call to Sam's customer service confirmed my worst fears. The woman apologized and said they had no shipping confirmation of my order. On the scheduled delivery day, I thought I heard a delivery truck. I looked outside and saw a fedex truck driving away. The box containing the flowers was left on my porch without even ringing the doorbell. It was a frigid day too. The roses were fresh and partially closed. They were packaged well including a vase, but the stems were exposed with no water source. Having to arrange the roses and greens by yourself takes some of the romance and spontaneity out of the surprise, but that's why they're so inexpensive. The roses lasted about a week with some drooping within 2 days. Poor delivery information and average quality are the price you pay for the money saved. Generally nice, but I probably wouldn't order again.
