I purchased these 36 Stems Red Roses for my wife Valentines Day and had them delivered to our house while I was out of town. The roses were delivered to the front door and my wife retrieved them and opened the box only to find the vase broken and the flowers DEAD!! They all were wilted and would not come back to life even though my wife cut back the stems as directed. I learned the hard way not to purchase flowers from a company that only orders them from someone else and not stocking them fresh waiting for delivery.

I got this from Sam's Club because they always have a high quality item at a great price. This is not one of those. The roses stems were of many different lengths. I used two different vases because about a dozen were so much shorter they looked weird together. All of the flowers also would not fit in the vase sent. The decorative elements beside the roses were weird also. Normally they are just stems too, but the budding white flowers were basically a tree and was a huge stem with 8 branches. It would not fit in the vase so I had to trim it. One rose stem was broken and the gift note had a single letter N typed on it. My fiancees name doesn't have an N in it so its now in the trash too. This is a shame because the flowers are beautiful, but the execution was poor.

Although the 36 roses arrived right on time, I was unimpressed with the quality. A number of the roses had their stems cut so that all 36 would fit in a small container. In addition, many of the roses were already browning off at the edges. I would have saved money and gotten better roses is I had gotten them locally. If I had known there would be a place for photos, I would have made sure they were available.

They look nothing like the picture! Almont half of the roses had shorter stems then the rest. There were 2 small stems of baby's breath in the back of the bouquet. Some of the flowers had semi black petals as of they were dried out. I tried to arrange the bouquet as best as I could since apparently they don't arrive pre arranged. The vase was ridiculously Small, the longer roses were 3x the length of the vase. The flowers didn't even fit. Not worth it!

Just wanted to thank Sams Club for making me look like the MAN for Valentines day 2014. My fiance is reception at a large pharmaceutical company and sees many arrangements that day. Mine had all the others beat by far and it was easy for her to take home since it arrived via FedEx. Thanks Sam's!

Only positive thing I can say about these roses is that Sam's club refunded 2/3rds of the price after I complained about the terrible quality. A 3rd near dead on arrival and dead the next day. Very disappointing for my wife to get half dead roses on Valentines Day.

Roses were delivered when requested. looked good first day. Roses were wilted and brown by fourth day. Discarded fifth day. Sam"s gave me a full refund. Roses were shipped in near 0 degree weather with no protection which was probably a factor in their rapid deterioration.
