Sams club has been my go to for several years on Flowers and hands down no delivery issues since they use Fed Ex ! The only issues we had this year is that the roses didn't seem to last as long in fact it was less than a week before they died & dried out... Usually we get longer life out of them, maybe they used a different vendor this year?

I read mixed reviews and thought I would give Sam's a chance because I have generally enjoyed my experience with them. Epic fail! I ordered the 3 dozen roses bouquet for valentine's day. The flowers were delivered in a box for do-it-yourself assembly. The blossoms were a fraction of the size pictured. They were closed, and most of them never opened, presumably due to freezing (we live in Michigan & temps had been around 0 for quite some time). We kept them out for 4 or 5 days, hoping they would recover, but they just looked closed, sad and droopy. Sam's is clearly not ready for prime time in this market.

Got these for my wife for V-Day. Shipping was right on time but exactly 1 dozen of the 3 were looking "tired" on arrival. The other 2 dozen looked great and lasted more than a week, but the dozen that looked tired were completely wilted the next day and were removed from the display. Wife still loved them so there's that.

Flowers were on time and in good shape. Looked really well (just like from the Florist). The blooms were all open (not buds), so I was worried about the life of the flowers. It has been a week and a few are drooping. Will probably get another week, before tossing. It was a real good value for flowers delivered to my door, but the local Wal-Mart had a dozen red substantially cheaper, but you would have to add your own vase and deliver.

They arrived in the dead of winter virtually unharmed by the -20 cold. Fedex cutbacks in our area now rely on a 2 hr truck ride from a distant airport to the local terminal. The observant local delivery driver, seeing the parcel contained flowers, placed it up front near his trucks heater rather than in the unheated cargo area. I disoverd one broken rose when I opened the box which was caused by poor packing, Otherwise the deal was great and I will do it again.

The roses deliveried were not what Sam's displayed on the web page, and they all died within 5 days. In truth I was a little ashame to of sent my love one this arraingment. Next time I will spend a little more and will order from a regular flower shop.

I literally was going to write a review and call customer service to complain the day I got them, but respectfully because it was valentine's day, I decided against it. But just an FYI, these flowers were not fresh, they were wilted and flew in from Florida - I think. The weather in Chicago was cold so I am sure that had something to do with it. But they were cut very short and a few of the heads were broken. They did not have the nice red look like they do in the picture, and the vase was what you see, worthless. I was really disappointed. And much rather spend a few more bucks and get a better product elsewhere.

Ordering great, delivery excellent, execution poor at best. The roses were bruised badly and while the vase is a nice addition, it's to small to handle the 30 roses. You've got to "cram" them together to get them into the vase. Don't believe I'll be ordering these again, good idea but Sam's Club didn't think this all the way through.

The roses were nice initially, but wilted very quickly and i saw other roses from other sources that were a much nicer quality. There was no scent and I was disappointed in the entire package. They were a little too pricey for the quality, I will not order them again.

WAS PLEASED WITH THE PROMPT SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM OF MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THE ORDERING PROCESS.THE PRODUCT ON THE OTHER HAND WAS NOT VERY GOOD QUALITY,PROBABLY WILL NOT ORDER FLOWERS AGAIN ONLINE,AND JUST STICK TO TAKING CARE OF IT MYSELF.
