They arrived in a box wrapped tight with a vase included --> some assembly required. They looked gorgeous after I put them out, and my wife loved them. They started drooping on about Day 3,and by the end of the first week, they needed to be tossed. Most roses I buy have much more longevity, but for the price and the initial 'wow' experience, it was still worth it.

Package was delivered on time. All Roses are excellent. Filler Green, especially Gypsophila "Babies Breath" were broken. Otherwise I'd have give this order a five-star. The Bouquet was for wife's Valentine Day delivered to her office so I didn't see it. She only mentioned the minor damage after a few days when flowers going to be disposed.

The Roses delivered were very beautiful and lasted over a week with some wilting. Delivered for Valentines Day (Friday) and by Tuesday several of the roses were wilting. Pulled those out and trashed them and the remaining stayed beautiful for the rest of the week. The one thing to be aware of when buying these is that they are not delivered by a florist so are not arranged in a vase already. They come in a Fedex box and you have to unpack, mix the food with water, and arrange them yourself. This is NOT an issue but be aware of what you buying. If they are expecting the "WOW" delivery this is not the item to ship direct, ship it to yourself and put in a bit of manual labor and you will have that WOW experience. While you are at it, add a personal card, some candy, and a stuffed animal and you cannot lose! Cudos to Fedex for delivering on time even in the face of the winter weather that come through that week. I usually buy flowers locally and pay premium prices. When I came across the Sam's email for 3 dozen roses for such a low price, I was initially suspicious but put my trust in Sam's quality. The flowers were for Valentines Day, so delivery timing was critical. I got nervous the day before they were supposed to be delivered and I still didn't have tracking information. A call to Sam's customer service confirmed my worst fears. The woman apologized and said they had no shipping confirmation of my order. On the scheduled delivery day, I thought I heard a delivery truck. I looked outside and saw a fedex truck driving away. The box containing the flowers was left on my porch without even ringing the doorbell. It was a frigid day too. The roses were fresh and partially closed. They were packaged well including a vase, but the stems were exposed with no water source. Having to arrange the roses and greens by yourself takes some of the romance and spontaneity out of the surprise, but that's why they're so inexpensive. The roses lasted about a week with some drooping within 2 days. Poor delivery information and average quality are the price you pay for the money saved. Generally nice, but I probably wouldn't order again.

Ordered online in the comfort of my easy chair. I received a shipping notice and tracking number the night before they were delivered. They were delivered mid morning and I was the first one at work to get a call from their wife. She was excited and loved them.

When my wife received the flowers, they were beautiful, although one rose was dead and shriveled, and there was very little "baby's breath" or greens to complement the flowers. Every day after receiving them, she has thrown away several, as they shriveled away from the tips down, as though they had been subjected to freezing temperatures during storage or shipping (or were just plain old.) The dozen or so remaining today, 6 days after delivery, are pretty pathetic-looking. She probably would have thrown them all out a couple of days ago if they weren't a present for our 50th Valentine's Day, so it was supposed to be special.

These three dozen roses were bought as a gift for Valentine's Day 2014 and was the best floral arrangement I have ever ordered. The roses were beautiful, fresh, full, and abundant. And, they arrived on-time, unlike another order from another vendor that was delayed due to the blizzard in the northeast. My wife loved them. This is the first time I have ever been completely satisfied by flowers that I have ordered on-line and had delivered. Typically they are wilted and nothing like the picture they were ordered from. I will definitely buy my future floral arrangements from Sam's Club.

The Roses were beautiful, Delivery was on-time, and the life span of the flowers was awesome. I ordered these with delivery on 13 Feb just to make sure they arrived on time for Valentine;s Day. They arrived at Noon on the scheduled date & just happened to be while a female friend was visiting, so in addition to the beautiful flowers at Valentine's - She also got the jealous reaction of the girlfriend - who received NO flowers. Awesome reaction!!!

I have purchased bulk flowers from Sam's Club before and always been happy. The quality of these roses was fair at best. They didn't look like a matched set. Some big some small the colors were not consistent. Received them on a Thursday and by Sunday the were dead. They never did finish blooming.

The bouquet of 36 red roses arrived on Valentine's Day as promised in spite of poor weather and road conditions. The roses came with a vase and a packet of additive to enhance the life of the roses. I would ask for a larger packet or two packets in the future since all of the roses didn't fit in the vase. The roses we put in another vase without the additive didn't last as long as those with the additive. Overall, a great bargain that really made my wife's day.
