Brand new out the box the right earbud didn't work .

The metal pice on the earbud scraped the inside of my ear

These came damaged. Left ear did not work and we tried on 2 different phones. Brought back.

One ear bud currently wont work. Beyond frusturating.

They become very painful over time and don't do anything to block out wind.
