They are not made for small ears. They hurt my ear when I use the flex points to try to lock them into place. They fall out if I look down and the mic sounds like I'm “underwater”. My Siri can't even hear me let alone someone on a phone call.

This gray set was a replacement for the same earbuds I had before in Navy Blue. This particular set of earbuds arrived not working/connecting which is why I had to return them. The original Beats Fit Pro earbuds worked very well. I loved everything about except the occasional ear fatigue.

The piece came broke. The left ear bud doesn't work. I have purchased it as a gift for someone in India. Haven't opened the package and checked myself when I purchased it in the USA. Had to scramble in India to get the product reviewed and check if warranty applies with the nearest apple store (pretty far from where we live). Eventually, it turned out it was a hardware defect with the left ear bud and the apple store folks agreed to fix it

This is the second pair of Beats headphones my husband has purchased in which one of the earbuds does not work. This set had one earbud that did not work straight out of the box. With his previous set (different earbud style, but still Beats brand), he repeatedly had problems with either the charging case or the earbud. Also, it is annoying that it doesn't come with a charging cable - not surprising since it is an Apple product. We will no longer purchase Beats products.

I use these this is my 3 pair never had any problem but i drought theses only one is working they will be going back

It's a bad product. The battery on the Beats earbuds doesn't last very long
