Loved the sound and quality but had problems with how tight it felt on my ear. Still considered a great purchase.

I purchased online for a cheaper price and picked up and item did not work the left ear. I have reordered hopefully the new ones work

The volume is not loud enough. Music sounds great but I shouldn't have cheaper out over Apple because it's just not the same yet.

They are great headphones but the noise canceling only works if you have them both in your ears. They work great. Great battery life.
