One set worked great the other one took 3 days to charge then one wouldn't never connect to phone had to send off to Apple for repairs. They were suppose to be brand new but per Apple they had been previously purchased %26 returned

Overall the buds are great. Especially like the sweat proof feature. I do a lot of workouts at the gym and previous earbuds would just turn off randomly. This one is good Battery Life quality sound and also great for workout

Hate that they still fall out my ears even after trying the different sizes. Should have just gotten the apple. They look sleeker more compact. I barely use them.

When I bought these brand new, the warranty was already activated and expired 6 months prior to me buying them. They were obviously reconditioned. They did not noise cancel and operated poorly.

Right earbud never connected to my device. Apparently this is a common issue that I only discovered after trying to troubleshoot the issue. Sound quality on working earbud was decent. Do not recommend with connectivity issues.

i was given a refurbished one when i ordered brand new. I ordered online to save time but i ended up spending more time queuing up to return the item. so frustrating!

Opened these "new" earbuds, charged them, and paired w/ my phone for only the left one to work. Troubleshot multiple times to no success. Have a feeling these were "refurbished".

Brand new out the box. Charged completely before first use and right earbud doesn't work at all. Tried multiple strategies on connecting and resetting earbuds and still does not work.

Pros: These were snug in my ear, and the noise cancellation was unmatched (even with my AirPods Pro pair) Cons: However, the thing that's supposed to offer more support digs in %26 hurts my ears. It only takes about 20 minutes for my ear to be sore after putting them in. But I think I have sensitive ears. I can't even wear clip on ear cuffs without my ear being sore for two or three days after. I don't like that I can't “find my” beats in the same way I could find my AirPods Pro's. Being able to walk around and have the phone tell you that they are close, far away etc. is invaluable to me. I didn't like that the case is so bulky (almost double the size of the AirPods Pro case) or that it didn't have a magnetic or more secure closure. It just kind of flaps down. It's not really “secure”. I don't like that they don't provide the charging “box” now that everything is USB-C. I HATE that they barely even provided 2 and a half inches of a charging cord. At this price point, they could have at least provided a 3ft cord so people can charge it on their bedside table. Who charges their items just freely hanging by the cord from the wall? It's so stupid. Especially since the case can pop open at any time since it just flaps closed. Ultimately, I took them back. Didn't even have them a week. I lost too much practicality %26 convenience and by switching to the beats. I will be switching back to AirPods Pro.

This model is different from Kim K beats model. I've owned the Kim k beats but I lost one ear piece so I thought why not try these. I can compare the two the sound quality and design and material is very bad. if you're looking for noise cancellation these are not it. The charging case is very flimsy for the cost of this pair. The earbuds do fit but they just pop off your ears no matter what you're doing. Even if you're at the gym they will be annoying. The battery life is soo bad I had to charge on the same day just using them for 2hrs. When I owned the Kim k beats I would use them for 4hrs and they worked fine. Sadly they don't make the model anymore. Don't spend your money on this pair when there are better options for your buck or two.
