I bought this bed about a month ago. The first frame had a couple of tears in it. Customer service was fantastic and shipped me a second one immediately. This frame is sturdy and the features all function well. Worth every penny!

Love this base. Don’t use the “massage” feature as live on second floor of apartment but adjusting to my preferred comfort is great! Price is great as well as shipping. Had for a year now and would recommend.

We love this base. So thankful we agreed to purchase. Honestly I was not in favor of it, but my husband stayed after me until I agreed. Then we got my parents to order one, and they are also enjoying theirs.

The only problem was the adjustable legs. It took opposing pipe wrenches to loosen them to allow adjustment. Other than that, this is a great base and a good value
