I purchased this item online about a month ago, on the last sale date, and I’m simply delighted with it! It adjusts to take the pressure off my low back sciatica, and the vibration features are a huge bonus! Easy setup. I definitely recommend this item!

Freaking love it

We have had this for 2 weeks. It didn't work the day we received it. Called the company, they walked me through the process of checking it out and they determined it was the control box. Received the box a week later and haven't been able to get the company to get a tech. here to install it yet!!!!

Don't work at all???

Great product and value! I did LOTS of research before buying this product. It has the most desirable and useful features that many consumer reviews noted. I love the height, heavy structure, quietness of motion (including motors and vibrators), wireless remote and app for my phone. The Members Mark app does not work properly, but the same company makes different apps... so I use the Q-Plus Adjustable Remote app by South Bay International Inc. It works perfectly, so my wife uses the remote and I use my phone app.  Elevating my feet helps blood flow in my legs and my feet/legs stay warmer when I sleep. The position I love sleeping is 5 degrees head elevation and 11 degrees feet elevation.  I save the setting on the remote memory settings, so it is easy to find before dozing off.  Thanks Sams Club!  :o)
