Had the less featured one before but this is great with the massage. Works great and is a terrific value. Easy for an elderly lady to assemble with no help.

Easy to set up… So happy I got the premium base because I love the head tilt!!! The massage is amazing… Zero gravity has helped my back sooooo much. Ordered another one yesterday… Nothing negative to say at all.

Looked at many adjustable beds. The one at Sam's fit all my needs at a very attractive price. Very happy with bed! Works great and very quiet. My mattress is Beautyrest Hybrid and it is perfect for the frame.

The price for the features you get is amazing. Best thing is this frame will work with a 12" foam mattress. Set up is simple but will require two people. Bed frame height is adjustable in 3" increments.

The bed is nice, easy to set up, head and feet raise and lower smoothly. The massager is more of a vibration than a massage and it is very loud. The model I was delivered does not have the pillow stop at the top of the frame.

Love this adjustable base -- helps me sleep better. Deserves 5 starts but since the price jumped up $70 in a couple days, I'm not going to buy a second one for my guest room -- that's my only disappointment.

This bed is amazing. It has really helped improve my sleep. It relieves pressure from my hips and back as well as the pillow tilt (head lift) helps with reflux.

Incredible value made very well, works just like if not even better than some 3000 or $6000 Beds. Remote works like a charm. Bluetooth works like a charm with the app. And when I didn’t think that pillow motion would really work it does it’s fantastic. Build quality is great it looks like it’ll last for a long time the motors are very quiet, I’m really surprised at the Value here great job Sams Club!

I really expected there to be more assembly required, and was shocked to realize all I had to do was connect the power cord, attach the metal support at the foot, and screw on the legs. It was difficult to set up with one person, but I proved to myself that it was not impossible :) All of the functionality works perfectly, just as well or better than the ones that were twice the price at our local mattress shop.

Decided it was time to try an adjustable base and was really excited when I noticed the price of this one (as compared to the name brand units). The reviews and warranty sealed the deal. Shipping speed was incredible! It arrived in days...well ahead of estimated arrival time. I decided to try the Serra hybrid mattress (also online from Sam’s Club) after reading good reviews and learning it’s compatible with the adjustable base. (Loving it too, by the way.) I’d hoped to lower my bed a bit (to accommodate aging dogs), but had a bit of trouble with the base being able to sit inside my frame. Unfortunately, I had to set the base at it’s tallest level (I think it’s about 11 inches) and buy shorter furniture feet to lower the bed frame ($25 online) in order for the base to clear the frame. (Short story long: the dogs are learning to use a new bed ramp!) Loving the anti-gravity setting to watch tv and read in bed. Still learning the best sleeping positions, but keep falling asleep, so that will take a little more time. Unclear on why the USB ports are on the underside of the base (the head needs to be tilted to access it). I’m not using them for this reason, but would if they were on the side of the base. (Really good idea, but not well designed for practical use in my opinion.) Many reviews mentioned a light under the base. I haven’t noticed (or it doesn’t have one). Also loving the app - no need for the remote!
