Great product and value! I did LOTS of research before buying this product. It has the most desirable and useful features that many consumer reviews noted. I love the height, heavy structure, quietness of motion (including motors and vibrators), wireless remote and app for my phone. The Members Mark app does not work properly, but the same company makes different apps... so I use the Q-Plus Adjustable Remote app by South Bay International Inc. It works perfectly, so my wife uses the remote and I use my phone app. Elevating my feet helps blood flow in my legs and my feet/legs stay warmer when I sleep. The position I love sleeping is 5 degrees head elevation and 11 degrees feet elevation. I save the setting on the remote memory settings, so it is easy to find before dozing off. This base was a couple of hundred dollars less than I had seen elsewhere. The product was delivered promptly and was very easy to set up. It was nice to be able to set this up from 3 to 12 inches off the floor, allowing the perfect height for my mattress.

While on a visit to Sam’s I saw a model that was nice but didn’t have all the bells and whistles I was looking for so I went online and found this one that’s perfect! I really like the adjustable legs and charger ports. I shopped around for the best price and that’s one of the reasons why I bought it. Great price!

Works as advertised. Split King is really 2 Twin XL frames that can be anchored together. Their movements can be synchronized, or not. Cover material is a little thin, but once you lay down and put the vibrators on you won’t care. Overall, very good.

Fits perfectly inside our Queen Cherry Poster Bed in place of the box springs with matching vertical height to original bed set. We were ready to return our new hybrid mattress (hard as a rock), but are now able to adjust with the head and feet slightly raised to give a cradling effect even for side sleep position. The pillow tilt is nice for reading or watching TV while lying down, or added comfort with the head raised. The lift motors are very smooth and quiet; the massage vibrators are louder (especially on 'low'), but the bed is also on hardwood floors with little sound dampening. Bottom-line: Highly recommend, great price ($300-400 less than comparable) and fits inside existing bedframe.

Fast shipping. The box was a little ragged but was well packed and no damage to the frame. We got the queen for a spare bedroom. It was heavy. You will need to keep it in the box and move it close to where you want it. Open it upside down and you will find the directions and a 2 boxes zip tied to the frame and the legs. The frame is folded in half and all you have to do is open it up and screw on the legs. We did not use the battery pack. The instructions show the power plugging into the control box. However, there is a pigtail plugged in that spot. Just follow that wire towards the head of the bed and you will find the end and the only place to plug in power. Consider it an extension of sorts. So far, no tools required. Now the hard part. Pick up the bed and flip over without putting stress on the legs which could bend. My wife and daughter flipped it with just a few expletives but with no real issues. Attach matress support bar, put your matress on, plug it in, grab remote and check it out. All done. Works great, motors are quiet and after a week if use, no issues. All in all, great buy.

Not a bad bed. The vibration feature isn't much, but not why I bought it, Was hoping the foot of the bed would life up higher and allow you to enter into a zero-gravity position, but it does not.

This bed is amazing. It has really helped improve my sleep. It relieves pressure from my hips and back as well as the pillow tilt (head lift) helps with reflux.

These bases work great as two twins or as a king bed. And the price is very reasonable, as we shopped other furniture stores, and they wanted more than twice the $$ for a base that didn't come with all the options the Sams Club one did.

nice bedframe, solid and heavy. Only the massage future is not much then a vibarator under your matrass. So you're better off buying the one without this future and save your self $ 150,-
