I’m happy with my purchase but I thought I bought a membership and then I found out it’s only for 24 hours I’ve contacted y’all several times with no no reply

I purchased this queen size bed base in September of 2021 and have been delighted in its performance to date. This item is 5 star quality and if you are considering a new bed base I highly recommend this one.

This "Premier" adjustable base does NOT come with the pillow tilt function, the massage function, NOR the USB ports if you buy the "Full" size bed version. It's not stated anywhere on the web page. You've been warned!

I bought the queen adjustable base 2 years ago and I am still so happy about this purchase. Ive seen similar products for twice as much so it is also a great deal!

Wrote, phoned (many times), and was promised a replacement remote. Never a follow-up. Apologies galore when I phone once again, more promises, no follow up.

Received this adjustable queen bed base on May 20, 2023. The massage feature is simply a vibration in select areas. The pillow tilt that is shown as part of the features is nonexistent on the remote.

We have had the bed about a month. So far I love it. I sleep better, my husband snores less. the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is shipping is rough. the boxes were damaged, but we were lucky that the beds were not damaged.

I love this! I’ve had it for 2.5 years. I lost my remote and Sam’s put me in contact with South Bay and they sent me a new remote! But what’s even better is that there is an APP for the remote!!! Search for Members Mark Adjustable Base.

Buyer beware. Do not purchase if you have small children or pets. We had this base for several years and enjoyed it. However recently it trapped and crushed our 1 year old cat. We were distraught and devastated. I am amazed that the base does not contain any safety features to prevent something like this from happening. This could have easily been a child. We have thrown out the base and would urge others to do the same until safety features are released.

Great bed. We are very satisfied. So easy to set up
