The adjustable frame was exciting because after recent back surgery I needed something to help me get in and out of bed without a lot of pressure on my back. Even with the extenders I am still below my bed frame and have to pull myself up over the edge. This is frustrating. I wish it was taller vs shorter. It also doesn’t adjust quite as explained. The head tilt doesn’t really tilt. There is very little movement there. The massage feature is nice but doesn’t stay running for the duration chosen. So that is also misleading.

First time having an adjustable bed base. It has some interesting features like usb connectors and I was surprised to see a led light under the bed so I can see if my dog is sleeping beside the bed. The adjustments are pretty quiet and quick. The only thing that could improve the product would be the remote buttons. They could be a little clearer and the back light could stay on a few more seconds. I would buy it again.

The base arrived in great condition. A word of warning it is extremely heavy and arrives on your front porch. I really didn't think about it when I purchased it how heavy it would be. Luckily I have two sons who were able to carry it upstairs for me. Otherwise I was able to set it up on my own once in the room. Works wonderfully, highly recommend

This is one of the best things I have bought for myself in years. I suffer from acid reflux .this frame helps 100%. These frames come from one country. member's mark is half as much or more than the others on the market.Do your self a favor and get one.

Assembly was awful because the bed frame is not square (off by 1/4 inch) so one of the middle legs cannot be screwed in. Additionally, a second leg socket is threaded incorrectly so the leg is not flush with the bed frame when screwed in. I've bought many pieces of Members Mark furniture and have never had any problems; however, this one was awful all the way around.

So far so good. I use it with my new Serta Mattress that I bought. It's only been a week so hopeful it will hold up to warranty. It is very quite moving it up and down and silent when not moving so that it does not interfere with your sleep. I like the fact that you can adjust the height from 3" to 12" and I choose the 12" because I like a high bed. The delivery people put it together with my white glove delivery mattress and it seemed to be easy to assemble because they had it together in no time.

Great reasonably priced adjustable base. Very smooth movements, back lit controller, 30 degree head tilt feature, zero gravity setting, anti-snore setting, 2 additional self programmable settings, immediate return to flat position setting separate head & foot controls. Partial wall hugging I also have the split king(two twin XL) bought it first & love them both. Why pay triple for a night light & a USB port? I can reach my nightstand from this base when head is up.

The bed was delivered promptly and works as described. Several of the legs would not screw into the frame when it arrived. I needed to purchase a tap and die set to retap the holes before I could finish the assembly. Overall, it works wellbut tge massage units are more of just a slight vibrate than a massage.

Love the Adjustable frame, massage features & USB ports. Super quiet when adjusting. Only gave it 4 stars because three of the pre-drilled holes for the legs were too small. Three screwed in less than 5 minutes. Took an hour to get two screwed in and had to bore the last one out before the leg could be screwed in. FYI - this thing is HEAVY, takes more than one one person to get it in the house and set up.

Took a long time to arrive, but once it came all was well. Very easy to put together, but really need 2 people. It weighs over 100#. Install legs and one connection to power and you are in business. Remote easy to understand and all functions work as advertised. Massage is great! Much less expensive than others I looked at!
