Remote and bed wouldn’t pair. Owner’s manual did not match online version or the instructions given on the phone. It spoke of pushing the learn button on the motor, with a light indicating pairing. Then pressing the the learn button on the remote within two seconds. There were no buttons on the motor. (The picture on the included instructions and the picture on the online instructions were different.) There were two openings, no buttons or light indicator. The customer service rep I spoke with in the phone, said you needed a paper clip or pin to double click the learn button on the motor (similar to what to have to do to remove a SIM card from a cell phone). A new motor and remote were sent within 3 days and a technician came to my home and installed the new motor along with pairing the remote. The technician had to redo the wiring layout. When installed the same as the old motor, the foot wouldn’t raise, and the Zero G didn’t work. After multiple tries while using the remote, everything worked fine. He mentioned the new motor installed the opposite of the original.

I happened to be an engineer. When this bed frame came in I examined it very close as the features it has for the price are many. So I looked at it and I thought well it must be a cheap design and construction well to my surprise it is constructed very well the design is excellent and the performance exceeds anything of you before. The head tilt looks like a charm and if you want this feature in the bed frame you're going to pay a lot of money, Sam Clubs provides it on a lower cost high quality adjustable frame. The vibration feature which other frames have that don't work very good it's also very excellent, it works and you can feel the three levels of vibration very well. I could go on but that's enough I just tell you if you're looking for an adjustable bed frame this Members Mark frame cannot be beat.

I got it for recovery from a surgery and I need my feet elevated. I wish the foot would raise up about 20% higher. I use a couple of pillows to help, but it is much better than not having it. The vibrate massage is cool. It has 3 settings and can be separate for feet and head or all together. I'm enjoying sitting up, and love the zero gravity feature.

We have a TempurPedic that we love, but I have to say we are impressed with this base. Super easy set up and all functions are nice. I read several other reviews about not being able to get the adjustable legs apart. We put them in the freezer for a few minutes, and they unscrewed easily.

It was delivered by FedEx, the box was damage in some places upon delivery. The damages to the cardboard cause two ripped spots on the fabric and I received one damage leg. The manufacturer tape the box well, which is noticeable but FedEx handles the box with the platform bed inside rough. I call the manufacturer and Sam's. They were very helpful. They send another leg and offer to exchange the platform's base but I refuse. Customer service is great I made one phone call and my problem was resolve. My warranty will remain in place which is included in the price of the bed.The platform base has a built in massage for your head and feet, two USB ports on each side of the bed, wireless remote control. I love this bed. I wish I had it long time ago. I gave it a 5 star for the customer service after purchased and how great this bed is. I will never go back to the traditional bed. Thank you Sam's club.

This adjustable bed frame is wonderful. Can not believe the difference that it makes in getting a great night's sleep. Just a slight incline feet, legs and head. Just enough to make a little cradle. Now never wake up with stuff sore shoulders and neck. And don't get woken up by leg cramps either. Awesome purchase!

Buy this base! Do not hesitate. My husband has had blood clots in his leg and had to put pillows to elevate his legs. But wow this base is awesome. We just elevate the foot to comfort. And he also has GERD. Elevate your head as few inches and it’s life changing. It’s also has USB plugs and vibrates!! The price is the best I’ve seen. Came fast!!

After only getting one of two pieces, FedEx has a Master tracking number and then another tracking number on the 2nd part. FedEx delivered the box with the master tracking number took a picture and my delivery was final. FedEx automated customer service prevented me from getting to a human for two days. I finally got to a human and was told my package 📦 was delivered, now I had to explain how to see the other tracking number to FedEx customer service representative she was nice and click on the links I asked her to and then she started a process to rerouting my lost pakage back to me. I had actually talked to Sam's Club and was told I received my package they were satisfied. Four days latter FedEx was telling me my package is lost and they don't seem to care. Back to Sam's club that first guy hung up on me because I paid for something and only received half, and the camouflage of FedEx showed I received my package and anybody looking at the picture hwould believe I was a lying, corporate America gotta fix the dumb the concept of the master tracking number was new to me and I don't know the FedEx Sam's Club shipping and product delivery system but I have to explain it, to everybody I talk to about getting what I paid for delivered. Sam's Club has automated return if your missing parts so I clicked that and started a return ticket with a replacement shipment not really sure what that was gonna do. At this point it is like a new video game pushing buttons to see what happens. I called Sam's Club customer service to speak with a supervisor. He followed my instructions on how to see the second package 📦 he put me on hold and talked to FedEx by the end of the call he assured me FedEx would be rerouting my package back to me. Itold him about the replacement shipment and asked him to cancel it. FedEx found my package in Kernersville NC and tracking showed it was actually heading here for the third time. FedEx was showing another master tracking number and another camouflaged tracking number heading my way. Things are really moving now I got one of two pieces here the list package 📦 rerouted for the second time actually heading here with a replacement shipment heading here. Delivery day FedEx guy at the door, he has the lost package 📦 and the replacement shipment 📦 📦 and a shipping label to pick up the 📦 I have for the return. So I give him the one I have take two 📦 📦 from him and refuse the third 📦 . Finally I have both halves of my California King Adjustable Bed Base 🛌. I assemble it since the mattress arrived three days ago. I get it together ❤️ batteries in the remote jumper wire connected bed works fine. Unit on right as you lay in it is noisy when raising and lowering the foot of the bed. Having all the trouble getting this thing here I deal with the noise. I don't want to disassemble this bed my old one was crap and I'm not putting it together while I go thru the BS of another replacement as it would have to be packed reday for shipment when FedEx arrived with a 25% possibility of it being noisy after all four pieces were here and I kept two random selection and one of those is noisy.
