Cheese is dry enough and slightly tart enough which goes great with sliced apples or grapes. Delicious.

As a family of serious cheese eaters, this price for a 2 lb bar of Cabot cheese cannot be best! And wonderful sharp cheddar taste!

Used to be my favorite cheese, not any more, this cheese has gone from “sharp” to “mild”. The description says it is a crumbly cheese with a “grown up citrusy tang” this is simply not true anymore, it is rubbery and devoid of flavor, seriously disappointed.

My family loves cheese and this is the best!

Too bitter.. salty.. sharp
