It’s tasty cheese. It’s real so it will get a little “wet” in the fridge as it releases whey. I’ve bought this cheese for years and have never had a problem with mold (we usually use the block within two weeks).

One of my favorite brands of cheese. It is lactose free so my family that has intolerance to lactose can freely snack away. This size is great for grating to use when cooking. I easily shop it up and put it right through my food processor so it is fresh. Get it all the time at my local Sam's Club!

Excellent aged cheese

Love this cheese, with it's sharpness, i will cut a few pieces for a snack or my wife will use the whole brick to make me a Mac/Cheese caserole, every so often. I like it cheesy, and this does the trick. You can't get a dinner for several meals for less than what you are paying for the whole brick and a few cups of milk and a pound of pasta.

not very "sharp" for extra sharp cheese...seriously sharp much more tasty.
