When I started using these pans, I was very careful to only use low or medium heat per the instructions. After a while, the medium and large size pans warped and would no longer sit flat on my glass cooktop. The pans will only heat up in the middle, the outer areas are not touching the cooktop so it doesn’t heat as well there. Another reviewer had the same issue and the manufacturers reply was that they must have been used on high heat and were not covered under warranty. This seems an easy get out for them, just say they have been misused and don’t replace them. Why manufacturer a pan that can only be used on low or medium heat anyway. I sent an email to the manufacturer but never received a reply. They probably would’ve told me the same thing, that they are not covered. I should’ve known these were not good quality because of the price. I now need to do research and buy a quality pan that won’t warp. I don’t have my Sams receipt so I guess these are going in the trash. Lesson learned.

This set was attractive and available in several colors. I like the set but 2 of the 3 had dings on the bottom that were visible on the coated side so apparently occurred during manufacture. I would have attempted to exchange them had I purchased them at the store. Didn't want to make a special trip or have to ship them back to do so.

Cheap Price/ Cheap Pans I purchased this set from Sam’ club a little over a year ago. Last month I notice the bottom of the pan was warped. I contacted Tramontina customer service since the pans had a life time warranty. Customer service requested I send pictures of the pan, inside, bottom and whole pan along with the receipt. I sent the information they requested and within 11minutes they replied that it’s not covered under warranty. That I must have over heated or dry heated the pans over time. They definitely do not stand behind the products, Sam’s Club should only deal with manufactures that stand behind their “Life Time Warranty”

I bought this a month ago, only used few times, it’s very easy getting stains.

I love these pans so much I gave 2 sets as gifts and everyone loves them!

I highly recommended! I have spent money on pans and finally found the perfect one.

Handles get very hot during use

I like the pans but the white non stick surface stains and I can't get it all white again.

These are far, my favorite great quality great price. I'm only upset because I'm trying to purchase another set for some reason. It says it does not deliver to my area which is weird I'm in CA and they do not have them in store.
