We bought these dishes in club and got them home to wash them. The dishes are pretty and exactly what we were looking for but when unpacking them we found 8 defective dishes out of the 24. Because we bought them in store customer service refused to help to replace any of the defective items and told us we must deal with the store we bought them from. Our only option is to pack them all back up and return them for a new box not knowing if there will be defective dishes in the new box.

These plates are very heavy I bought online without seeing them. Not very pretty or practical.

Great Dinnerware so far, when put away they do take up space due to the high edge of the plates.
