I usually hate diet soda of any type because the aftertaste is just too much for me. 7 up zero sugar does not have this aftertaste to the same degree that other diet sodas do. Overall I was very impressed with the taste and would definitely recommend this product to people who need to drink diet soda for health or lifestyle reasons.

It has all the taste I expected from the 7UP name and there is no 'diet' taste. I enjoyed it and the carbonation was spot on also. This has a good balance of citrus taste and I will purchase it again in future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this item for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I had tried zero sugar carbonated beverages in the past. I did not like the flavor and especially the aftertaste. The 7up zero sugar was better than those. The flavor was not as far off from regular 7up as I expected and the aftertaste was not as strong. Other people who are used to drinking zero sugar carbonated drinks would probably like it.

Later when I finally popped the top , wow was I impressed. 7UP zero sugar is really good with no after taste. I like regular 7UP and 7Up zero is just as good.

You can taste the Splenda / alternative sugar. You can definitely taste that it is not "regular" soda.

I've been drinking diet 7up exclusively for almost 10 years, I thought I was imagining the lack of flavor and bad aftertaste. Also why change the name to zero. Take a lesson from "New Coke" and go back to what we like. Also, bring back the red cap, stop trying to impersonate Sprite Zero, it and Diet Sprite were never as good as my refreshing Diet 7up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was amazed by the taste of this zero sugar 7up! It’s refreshing and tasty. There is absolutely no after taste. It does not linger on the tongue like you can experience with other sugar free beverages.

Many people here are saying it doesn’t taste the same as diet 7UP and I agree. To one of these one star comments 7UP replied: “7UP Zero Sugar is the same great taste you know and love from Diet 7UP.“ No it’s not, SHE JUST TOLD YOU it’s not!!! Are you really going to sit here and say her tastebuds are ‘wrong’? She just said she does not like it, and you’re responding that she loves it. Is this 2021 or 1984? 7UP responder person, you sound like a robot repeating that it’s the same formula as diet 7UP. And that’s not the point. Maybe the formula is the same, but SOMETHING is different: the process, ingredient source, whatever. Something is wrong, and this product is gross. Please fix it.
