The iPad is everything I needed and more. I really got it for pleasure and not business, but I am glad I did. It serves me well.

Coming from the iPad Air 2 I am very happy with the M2 processor. it is super fast, Beautiful display can run multiple apps at once. stage manager makes multitasking easy. Product was delivered as promised. I am very happy with my purchase.

My wife actually bought this IPad . She is very pleased with all functions and easy to use. She also bought a cover a pencil . She loves everything about it.

Overall this is a great tablet. The battery was dead out of the box, which I had expected since this was an older model. Everything turned out fine once I charged it. HOWEVER, when I went and checked the warranty status, it says expired. I had to call Apple customer service twice to verify my purchase date get it updated. It was a real pain. The first Apple agent wasn't really helpful so I called again, and thankfully the second agent was super helpful and she successfully updated the warranty status for me.

I’ve had iPads since they were introduced. I decided it was time for a new one and splurged on the iPad Pro. I bought it on 2/11/23. I was so excited. I thought it was perfect. It was until 2/20 when the screen froze and there was no way for me to get it started. I couldn’t turn it off, I couldn’t even get the Apple logo to reset it. OK, so I went to a service center. They reset it and got it to work. I had to restore everything. Well, today (3/14/23) it happened again. I once again tried the internet solutions, but so far nothing has worked. I can’t restore it from my Mac either. I’m going to try and restore it from my PC tomorrow. I’m done for the day. I’ve had Apple products since the original Mac. This year, I’ve also bought a new iPhone 14 Pro Max and a new MacBook Air. I got an Apple Watch late last year. So I’m a fan girl from Day 1. Never have I had a dud like this iPad. Apparently this is a common problem given all the potential solutions on Apple Support and You Tube. If I can’t restore it myself, I’ll take it back in and see if the service center can “wipe” in again. And then… I’ll try to trade it in. For something else. I’m so done. Save your money.

I placed an order for this since I thought it was a good deal with the $50 promotional discount. Unfortunately, the first time I received a wrong order, and ipad (9th) generation which I returned. This time, I received an obviously repackaged possibly an open box item or previous return when I paid for a new one. This is too many mistake for one simple order. Sam's Club should really pay attention to this as its costing the company unnecessary expense and displease the customer at the same time. It would have been a good purchase if things were done correctly. I am now hesitate to buy this from Sam's club again. Very disappointed

Recently got this 2022 M2 iPad Pro from Sam's Club I was surprised that the brand was still selling them new out of the box. The iPad arrived on time as promised, and is in pristine condition with all features and sensors working as intended. As another user mentioned in the comments, the iPads came fully discharged and needed to be plugged in to turn them on and came with the previous version of iOS which needed to be updated to the latest iOS 26.x overall it could be a solid consideration to grab one of these

This iPad is super fast! Highly recommended.
