the only reason im giving these a four and not a five is because I feel they could have arrived a little fresher but still lasted for my event

I purchased a variety of different bundles of greens for a wedding and was very happy with this sampler.

I’m heartbroken writing this. I ordered these flowers for my wedding in October 2023, hoping they’d add beauty to one of the most important days of my life. Instead, they arrived dead—wilted, brown, and completely unusable. I was devastated. On a day that should’ve been filled with joy, I had to scramble to replace something that should’ve been taken care of. I didn’t even have the energy to fight it back then, but now that I’ve tried to revisit the issue, it feels like I’m just out of luck. No one should have to deal with this on their wedding day. I trusted Sam’s Club, and they let me down in the worst way. I expected better quality and reliability from Sam’s Club. To make matters worse, I wasn’t able to get a resolution at the time, and still haven’t gotten a resolution. I’m nervous to try again due to the time crunch of resolutions and the customer service received
