The flavor of this pie filling is balanced with just the right spices. But the crust is always a disappointment. Not very flakey, not much flavor.

I prefer Sam’s Pumpkin Pie to my own. We even roast our own pumpkin! The spices are just right. It reminds me of the pies my dad used to bake.
