They're definitely on the smaller side, so don't expect them to fill you up, but they're perfect for a quick snack or something to throw in a lunch. I like that they're convenient and kid friendly, but I still drink them myself because it tastes good and are not easy when I don't feel like making anything downside.If they can be a little sugary and you go through them fast because they're small , but overall , they're tasty , convenient and worth buying , if you want something quick and easy , perfect for the little ones
